We love our Golden Liteway scooter -- it is truly changing our lives. My husband uses the scooter. I love the way it is so compact and all the airlines allow us to gate check the scooter, eliminating using wheelchairs in the airport. Thanks for making this product. I recently purchased a Golden Regal lift chair with heat and massage for my
elderly mother. She got the chair yesterday and loves it, particularly the
writing table that comes out of the armrest. It makes me feel good to know I
could help her in a very practical way. The thing I really liked about Pace
Medical where we bought the chair was the number of chairs they have
available to try. They had over 30 chairs on the floor. That is so
important! That is why I went to them. I told Mike at Pace Medical that I
think it is important to have so many chairs available to try. My mother has
tried other lift chairs in the past and she did not like them because they
were not comfortable. Being able to try the chairs before we ordered one was
key. She told me there was no comparison with the Golden lift chairs she
tried at Pace Medical. I will be recommending Golden and Pace to my family
and friends!

Thank you for returning my e-mail !!!!!. Most companies you e-mail never
return your e-mail so that was nice of you !!!! The people at Hammer Medical
are very helpful. I recently went there to look at lift chairs and have
chosen a Golden PR501L. Somebody told me that Lazy Boy sold lift chairs, so
this weekend my wife and I went to a store that had a Lazy Boy lift chair. I
can tell you one thing I would not purchase this chair, even if the store
gave it to me. There is no comparison between a Lazy Boy and your chair.
Your chair is a 100% better. I have had 11 back surgeries in three years and
also have arthritis in both knees. I have problems sitting in a chair of any
kind for a long period of time. I have been unable to watch TV in a chair, I
have to lay in bed. This is really going to be great! 2

 I love my Maxi Comforter lift chair. It has the MaxiComfort positioning as well as heat and massage. I use it to watch TV, explore the Internet on my laptop and it reduces the swelling in my lower legs. And it's so nice to have the heat and massage feature. It really is an Rx for the elderly. I am so happy with this chair -- thank you Golden Technologies!

 Thanks so much for getting me back my mobility and, therefore, my lifestyle. My world is now full again and I'm returning to the activities that make living with my disabilities much more tolerable. My Golden Companion II ("Bluebird," as I call it) brings joy to my days.
Your over-the-phone diagnostics were amazing; the parts Jim Bagosy sent did the trick. John Bruyette and Ron Peltier at Monarch Medical in St. Albans were wonderful to deal with. I'm so grateful to each and every one of you.
Bluebird goes as if it just came off the showroom floor! I've tried it out on all my normal places, including up and down the steep hills of my hometown of Burlington, Vermont. I've tried it in the rain (and will try it in the snow once that begins). I've tried it on grass, dirt trails, crushed rocks, and bumpy sidewalks. For the first time in a very long time, I was able to join friends for a ride in the woods on a bike path this past weekend; it was absolute heaven. I still find myself totally happy when I turn the key and it goes! Bluebird hasn't stranded me once since it was repaired and I look forward to the day when that doesn't even surprise me. :)
It's a great feeling to know that there are still companies in America with such integrity. From the moment I e-mailed the CEO, it's as if Golden Technologies considered my problems their own. I sent that first e-mail desperately hoping you'd help me out somehow and you went way, way above and beyond. Your personal response was immediate and kind and, in my view, kindness is one of the greatest traits a person (or company) can have.
Is there something I can do to make my appreciation work for Golden? For example, you may use any part of this letter as a testimonial in your advertising, etc. I can get someone to take a picture of me on my scooter, if you like (I'm not at all attractive, but the smile on my face counts for something.)
Last, this is embarrassing to ask -- you've already done so much -- but should I now expect my scooter to be trouble free for a certain length of time? And if it acts up again, say, within a year, am I "on my own" or do any of the parts have warrantees. If it seems too nervy of me to ask, please pardon me; I'm probably being a nervous Nellie.
In any event, it means the world to me to have my reliable scooter. I am immensely grateful.

I want to thank the man in your technical service department. I don't know his name but he sent me a wiring diagram for my wife’s chair which will help to keep it going. My wife loves it and calls it Ruby. She had an old Hoveround which I turned the seat around and made it go backwards to simulate Ruby but she still hated it. So we will buy another Golden chair if this one wears out. Please thank him very much for the help.

I recently purchased a four-wheel Buzzaround scooter from a Golden Technologies catalog dealer and I just love it! I use a manual wheelchair, but that can’t get me around my yard and farm the way my new Buzzaround does! I take it out almost every day to check on my flowers and work in my yard. And it’s great around my house, too. I can get around quite easily with it. It’s just so convenient. I love the size of it. I can reach everything with it and I can control it completely. I’m really good at backing up, turning, going forward… whatever I need to do. It suits me, my driving abilities and my needs. It opened up my whole life. I don’t have to wait for my son to help me outside now. I am completely independent, thanks to my new Buzzaround scooter!
