OLD FORGE, PA. July 19, 2012 – Richard Golden, CEO of Golden Technologies, is pleased to announce Golden’s “Proud to be Pink” campaign in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.® The campaign will raise funds to help the NBCF’s efforts to educate women about the importance of early detection in helping to increase chances of survival from breast cancer. NBCF is an organization aimed at saving lives through breast cancer education and providing free mammograms to
women in need.
Golden has designed product accessories for the “Proud to be Pink” campaign, including a pink shroud kit for the Buzzaround XL GB116 scooter and a pink head pillow for use with Golden lift chairs. Proceeds from the sale of the pink shroud kits and the pink head pillows will be donated to the NBCF. The donation from Golden Technologies to the NBCF will be based upon the number of shroud kits and head pillows sold to Durable Medical Equipment dealers, who in turn sell them to their customers.
