• Lift chair serial numbers can be found on the back side of the hand control.
• Scooter serial numbers can be found under the carpet on the floor deck or under the seat on the seat post if your scooter is not equipped with a carpet.
• Power wheelchair serial numbers can be found under the footplate when the footplate is flipped upward.
• Adjustable bed serial numbers can be found on the back of the hand control, on the motor or on the control box. The serial number may also be in your owner’s manual.
